We were in town this weekend for the first time. This place was phenomenal in every way. All the food was delicious, and our server, Terri with a T, made the experience unforgettable. We actually went back a second night because of the experience she provided. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, the history of the restaurant, and even provided excellent suggestions for places to go out to after dinner. Our group ordered different cuts of steak, the chicken Alfredo, soups, salads, multiple sides, and appetizers and EVERYTHING was fantastic.

Beef 'N Bottle is an experience, not just a restaurant! When a place makes memories you don't forget after one stop, it's definitely a 5 star stop! Retired and traveling full time we don't always pick the best spots, we definitely hit the jackpot this time because months later, we still talk about it! It was packed so we sat at the bar and enjoyed the company of Serena, our friendly, personable and genuine bartender! Her drink and meal recommendations were spot on and chatter with us entertaining! Steak is their specialty and boy do they know how to do it right! We also enjoyed the pork belly and oyster appetizers along with salads, everything fresh, served quickly and of course delicious! It's memorable and we'll be back if ever in the area!

I will start by saying that this is my steakhouse of choice in Charlotte and always has been. It has been around since 1958 and hasn't changed a bit. This was my grandpa's absolute favorite and he's a native Charlottean. There's the old school steakhouse vibe with just the highest quality food. Service has been top-tier every time I go, and I've had different servers each time. I highly recommend a reservation, which you have to call in for, well in advance if there's a specific time you're looking to go. You'll get a 2 hour table block and you won't feel rushed by any means. My recommendations: the Cajun crab dip is phenomenal and so is the shrimp cocktail (they make in-house cocktail sauce with a kick - lots of horseradish). The surf and turf combo with filet and lobster was delicious, but the prime rib is the best I've had. There is no shortage of flavor, to where you really don't even need au-jus or the horseradish sauce. The blue cheese wedge salad was delectable and such a large serving. All dressings are homemade and so are the bacon bits. You really can't go wrong with anything!!

Reservation is always important, which we had. Our party of 4 was seated right away and out chatting didn't get in the way of our server, David, taking great care of us. He took his time letting us know what the specials were and how to get the best bang for our buck (one of the specials really is a great deal and I'll be back for it). I had my heart set in sea bass and was delighted that it was paid with filet (cooked beautifully to medium) and came with 2 sides. I made the rookie mistake and didn't get the wedge but I'll be back for that beauty.

Had an amazing evening at Beef N' Bottle celebrating my girlfriends birthday. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Benita. Benita was very informed on the menu and specials. As well as having a bright personality. She made us giggle several times. The food was amazing. The white cheddar spread and crackers was phenom. We went on Monday which was half price wine so after a round of cocktails we split a bottle of marques. We started with the oyster Rockefeller and they were a great size and well seasoned. I had the fillet MR and scampi scallops. My girlfriend had the fillet and scampi shrimp. The scampi was amazing. The scallops were massive! The steaks were cooked to temp and well seasoned. Thousand islands dressing and ranch were very good and all the vegetables were very fresh. They brought my girlfriend a complimentary piece of chocolate cake which was decorated for her special day. Tasty and pretty! We also split a key lime pie, which was a treat. Great night and great ambiance

This place is pricey, but for good reason. The steaks will literally melt in your mouth! All of the food was amazing. The ambiance is perfect for date nights. Plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant. The service was friendly but a little slow. Our server went MIA several times.

I heard this is the oldest steakhouse in Charlotte and most definitely understand why they've been in business for so long! The decor and atmosphere is super old school and makes you feel like you've transported back in time. Shrimp cocktail app had shrimp nearly as big as your head! Filet cooked to perfection and side combo of shrimp scampi was delicious. Can't go wrong with all the sides too and was a nice added bonus for the onion ring on top. Our waitress was conscious to warn me of the upcharge for a lobster tail which was appreciated considering I didn't really even "need" it with all of the other things we ordered like the shrimps. 10/10 experience

It's a Charlotte steakhouse staple. The inside will take you back in time with Hollywood pics and dim lighting. The service is impeccable and the staff is incredibly friendly. Get the shrimp cocktail- I usually hate cocktail sauce, but there's is magic. I could've put it on everything. My steak was pretty good and my shrimp was excellent. The experience of going to a 1958 steakhouse in the middle of all new charlotte is what you should go there for. It's a classic.

Love this restaurant!!! I hope they never go out of business like all the other old school Charlotte places! I wasn't going to give them 5 stars due to our most recent visit, but the way they handled the problem was SO professional: we got there without a reservation and were seated right away. Someone filled up our water glasses but we were sitting there for about 20 minutes without a waiter coming up. We finally went up and mentioned something to the hostess and she took full responsibility saying it was her fault, she forgot to notify a waitress. She also gave us a free appetizer and apologized profusely. So great! From there, the service was amazing!!! She did a great job giving recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as always! The shrimp scampi appetizer was amazing!!! We could've eaten the butter sauce it came in by itself lol. They also gave complimentary cheese and crackers as an appetizer. They have a beer, wine and cocktail menu. The steak is fabulous and it comes with SO much food. Our favorite steakhouse in town due to price, portion sizes, and ambiance. It's a laid back steakhouse, not as fancy as some of the others. They also have a huge dining area. Best one in town!
